Are the ads available?

The ads posted on the site are being checked before they are put on the site. We check the validity of the user's email address when s/he registers on the site. Email addresses that become invalid in time due to the fact that they are no longer being used or to the fact that the email address is disabled are deleted from the data base together with the afferent ads introduced by that specific user.

Ads are periodically updated. We monthly ask our users who have got older ads to update the information in those specific ads or to delete the ads that are no longer available. After a certain period of time we selectively delete those ads that haven't been updated for months (according to their age and to other criteria). We are only interested in having valid and available ads.

How old are the ads posted on the site?

We invite you to use the Age of listing filter situated in the left part of the page that includes the business or assets list in order for you to identify the latest ads. If the users update an older ad this ad shall appear as a newly posted ad.

Usually a business doesn't sell from one day to another. The actual sale needs time, from a few weeks to years in some circumstances, according to the complexity and to the extent of the business. Even the negotiations and the accounting checking may last several months in the case of complex companies.

I have sent a message through the site but the person who had posted the ad has not answered.

Some users do not check their email daily. Some users only use the internet weekly. During the holidays many users leave home and offices and they do not use the internet at all.

In some situations the sellers do not answer your message because they might personally know you and may not wish to have a conversation with you as they want to protect their business.

In case you are not contacted our advice is that you try to resend your message in 5 days. If even after this period nobody gives you any answer try again after another week. If the person who had posted that ad still does not answer you please send us a message containing the title of the ad and the county of the ad. Please send your message at the Contact section so that we can check if the ad is still available. The checking lasts for a few days.

Your message should be in accordance with the ad formulated by the person who had posted the ad. Do not send messages without content.
